We will be hosting special programming throughout the summer, from concerts to recovery and everything in between.
summer yoga series

Cedar and Stone is excited to host yoga guide Miriam, of Svalja Yoga, for our Summer Yoga Series! We’ll guide you through 45 minutes of inclusive yoga and movement options, and then transition to a 45-minute session of sauna and cold plunge. Miriam will encourage us through intentional and specific connection to our felt inner sensing, awareness of breath, and radical realization of the present moment. All activities are optional and multiple choices are presented.
This group experience will be hosted on the deck of Cedar and Stone Sauna in Duluth. Included are all of our standard fixings including fresh towels, herbal tea, aromatherapy, and a Sauna Guide.
Yoga mats, straps, and blocks will also be provided, but you may also bring your own.

May 23rd, 2024 | Time: Show Duration Come join us for a Sauna and Cold Plunge Experience listening Live to Willie Nelson! As with many Sauna traditions, this experience will be shared with others, communal style in close proximity to the concert at Bayfront Park.
This comes with all of the Cedar and Stone accompaniments including our natural cold plunge, aromatherapy, herbal tea & N/A beverages, light snacks and more. Seating will also be available on the lawn and floaties are welcome.
This special event starts at 6:30PM, and will last the duration of the concert.

grandma's marathon recovery sessions
June 22nd, 2024 | 90min. sessions Welcome all, whether you’re looking to recover from the marathon or just want to relax in a sauna after spectating (or navigating the inevitable traffic.) This event will be a 90-minute opportunity to Sauna and Cold Plunge at your leisure – communal style. Join us for a day to remember amidst your special weekend in Duluth!
Each session will utilize our full facility, including three saunas and our natural cold plunge. This is the perfect opportunity to listen to your body and offer it the rejuvenation and connection it needs. You’ll be invited to rotate between saunas, enjoy a seat on one of our patio areas, or take the plunge! Herbal tea, electrolyte beverages, and aromatherapy will also be included in this Experience.

fourth of july fireworks watch party
July 4th, 2024 | Time: 8pm - 10:30PM Come experience the fireworks from one of the best views in Duluth – our Sauna! The special community event includes thermal bathing with multiple saunas, natural cold plunge, and outdoor patio areas. Your seat will provide a sincerely epic view for the 4th of July firework show hosted in close proximity at Bayfront Park.
As part of your ticket, you will be well taken care of by our Sauna Guides, treated with complimentary Sauna Water and other hydrating beverages, aromatherapy, and light snacks throughout. We will start this session an hour before sunset allowing time to enjoy Sauna with others before the show begins, and will conclude following the end of the fireworks. This will be one of those summer nights you don’t want to miss!

trampled by turtles listening party
July 6th, 2024 | Time: 6:00pm - 9:00pm Join us for a Guided Sauna Experience while listening to Trampled By Turtles — communal style at our Sauna and Cold Plunge in proximity to the Bayfront stage! Like many traditions, you will share the sauna with other people.
This comes with all of the Cedar and Stone accompaniments including our natural cold plunge, aromatherapy, herbal tea & N/A beverages, light snacks, and more. Seating will also be available on the lawn and floaties are welcome.

finnfest sauna seminar
July 25th, 2024 | Time: 9:00am - 4:00pm The 2024 FinnFest Sauna Seminar will be a full-day seminar which will celebrate, educate, explore, question, and share a number of topics regarding the Finnish sauna. Some of the topics will include sauna construction and design; the physical and mental health benefits of sauna use; and both historic and contemporary sauna culture. The 2024 FinnFest Sauna Seminar will not be just another slide show.
The presenters, even with slides, are very experienced with their subject matters including authors, award winners and people with years of experience who have lived and breathed the Finnish sauna theme. Finnish sauna culture, both historic and contemporary, is also given a fair share of this seminar. From those born in a sauna to those who are “sauna-curious” the 2024 FinnFest Sauna Seminar is a must!
Cedar and Stone Co-Founder, Justin Juntunen, will be speaking on, “Understanding the History and Future of Public Sauna in North America.”

This customized experience can include access to any or all of our three sauna options – floating, private, or social. Our team of sauna guides will give you and your group a memorable and relaxing experience. This is a great option for groups of all sizes and we can accommodate up to 25 people.
