Each time you spruce up the sauna, you’re not only preserving the physical structure of your sauna—you’re participating in a ritual that connects you to the many who have found solace in the sauna before you. It’s a quiet dialogue between you and the space, where every action you take is a promise to keep this sacred tradition alive.
In 2024, we had the privilege of bringing various commercial sauna projects to life, from contrast therapy studios to short-term rental properties. Our work is rooted in human-centered design, ensuring that each project enhances well-being, fosters connection, and aligns seamlessly with its environment. As we reflect on our favorite projects of the year, we celebrate the relationships we’ve built and the diverse ways we’ve helped bring authentic Nordic sauna culture to life across North America.

After many years of careers behind screens, they both dealt with issues that so many are currently experiencing—burnout and work-related stressors. It was during this time that they began delving into the realm of hydro and sauna therapies, seeking solace and rejuvenation in these practices.
