The Model 8 is more than our largest sauna. It’s a modern expression of a centuries-old tradition. In Finland, the sauna has long been a place for social connection, a warm refuge where friends, family, and neighbors gather to share stories and strengthen bonds. The Model 8 carries that heritage forward, reimagined for today’s host.
Not every sauna takes a ferry to get home. But this one did.
Built in Duluth and delivered fully assembled in one day, Kyle and Liz’s Model 5 made its way across Lake Superior by flatbed and ferry. Not to their primary home, but to the place they truly wanted to slow down: their family cabin on Madeline Island.
