We recently sat down with developer Pete Deanovic of Buhl Investors to talk through his latest project, Esox House, an apartment complex in St. Paul, Minnesota. “Esox House offers a curated collection of amenities…all designed to elevate your living experience and foster a sense of community.”
With amenities from traditional Finnish sauna to bocce ball and a yurt for yoga sessions, it’s clear they took care to create a space that will serve residents for years to come. “In the context of this project, the question became…how do we bring people together in nature for a positive shared experience? In doing that, we’re offering people a healthier lifestyle,” shared Pete.
