Sound Bath and Sauna
Join us for an integrative Sauna and Sound Bath experience, amplifying the restorative power of mindfulness and contrast therapy. This multisensory journey weaves aromatherapy, guided meditation, and crystal singing bowls together to regulate the nervous system and ground the senses. Move through cycles of heat, cold, and sound as you explore all three of our lakeside saunas.
There will be two 90-minute sessions hosted at 6 PM & 7:45PM.
The sound bath portion of this evening is hosted by ECOPHONIC, a remedy for the growing disconnection many of us feel with nature, culture, community, spirituality, and childlike imagination. Their mission is to cultivate an ecology of spiritual rejuvenation through ecstatic frequencies, mending the bonds of community and deepening our connection to the environment. Each activation is a unique constellation of art and wellness, bringing together impactful modalities to promote health and wellbeing.

Community cold plunge
This monthly event exists for folks looking for a place to safely cold plunge and meet some new friends. This is wonderful for all ages, bodies, and levels of experience. During your 45-minute session you will have access to our Harborside Cold Plunge, wood fired and electric saunas, and outdoor deck.

Grandma's Marathon Recovery Sessions
Crossing the finish line is a triumph. What comes next should be just as intentional. On marathon weekend, we’re offering a guided 90-minute Nordic sauna experience designed to support your full-body recovery: easing sore muscles, calming your nervous system, and restoring balance after miles of effort.
Set on the shore of Lake Superior, each session includes access to three traditional Nordic saunas, safe cold plunge access in the lake, and a steady rhythm of hot, cold, rest, rehydrate, repeat. You'll be welcomed with herbal tea, replenishing electrolytes, and quiet space around the fire to breathe it all in.
This isn’t just recovery. It’s restoration. A moment to honor your effort, your body, and the long road that got you here.

This is a wonderful option for larger groups and special occasions. Company parties, wedding events, family reunions, retreats…the sauna is the perfect place to gather with your people.
This customized experience can include access to any or all of our three sauna options – floating, private, or social. Our team of sauna guides will give you and your group a memorable and relaxing experience. This is a great option for groups of all sizes and we can accommodate up to 25 people.
