We believe sauna is an inherently human act. Thermic bathing has been practiced in cultures throughout the world for millennia. Every Cedar & Stone sauna is crafted through the lens of human-centered design, informed by tradition and culture. We notice the ways steam wraps around the room, how shoulders lower through each session, and how to make a space that is far beyond your weekly workout routine.
